Sometimes life calls for expression, sometimes for stillness. In this XL class, we bring both together. A journey from movement to relaxation, from release to deep rest.

 

We begin with one of OSHO's active meditations, in which the body becomes the channel for releasing tension, emotions, and stored energy.
 

The Dynamic Meditation invites you to breathe fully, move, and express that wath lives in the moment. A powerful and liberating experience that helps you shed old layers and feel alive.

The Kundalini Meditation actually brings about a gentler energy: by shaking you release energy and set what is stuck in motion, the dance and silence help you to release tension, stimulate your life energy and bring back joy.
The Nadabrahma Meditation is a meditative exploration of sound and silence. Through soft humming and flowing hand movements, body and mind come into harmony. This meditation helps you to quieten from within, allowing you to sink into a calm, relaxed presence and become a witness to your own being.

 

After this first, expressive phase, we sink further into relaxation with restorative yoga. Gentle, supported postures and conscious breathing calm the nervous system and invite you to rest, recover and feel what remains when everything is allowed to be.

 

An evening where strength and gentleness meet. Where silence and play find balance.

 

We work in small groups of maximum 8 participants.

 

The evenings can be attended as a series or followed separately.
