Her approach is both stimulating and gentle, with a deep focus on honesty, encouraging people to embrace the unknown. She creates space for stillness and movement, for healing and discovery. Playing with an open heart so you can consciously reconnect with the rich flow of life.
Lotte's guidance connects people with their inner strength and gentleness, allowing them to experience greater relaxation, freedom and zest for life. Exploration is vital to her. With presence, care and joy she keeps exploring to meet herself and others, with wide-eyed wonder.

Lotte's love for bodywork
Her self-exploration arose from a fascination with being human and the body in which we move through life. Her journeys between darkness and light, the Netherlands and India, seriousness and humor, and survival and life have brought her precious experiences and teachers in the fields of yoga, somatic movement, bodywork, breathwork, and therapeutic touch.
Drawing on intuition and creativity, Lotte offers a blend of techniques that remind you how to achieve peace, vitality, and a sense of security and (self-)confidence. Remembering; because our natural body knows how to feel, heal, navigate, create, grieve, and live.
Lotte guides you with complete presence, care, and compassion. Continuing to explore is essential for her; this allows her to continue to encounter herself, the people around her, and the world with an open mind and an open heart.
