Agenda

Here you'll find an overview of our events. From stillness to movement and back again – every experience offers space to feel, explore, and relax.

Can curiosity be your guide?

We work with groups of up to 12 participants because we like to offer you a safe, intimate atmosphere and tailored attention.

Somatic movement

When you feel grounded and supported, it helps reduce muscle tension; your breath can flow more freely, and your nervous system can shift to a state of "rest and digest." We need this regularly to feel relaxed and resilient, and to be connected to ourselves and our surroundings. In this class, we explore the theme of yield : "giving weight to receive support." Embracing this grounding support not only brings relaxation but also supports ease and stability in your movement.

This luxuriously long session invites you to feel with mindfulness. The practice is slowing, gentle, and grounding, and can contribute to calm and resilience in your system. This class can also be helpful for pain or tension, the feeling of being too "on," burnout, fatigue, or stress.

* ' Give weight to receive support' is an expression of my teacher Lisa Petersen, a somatics innovator and yoga teacher.

OSHO Meditation
& Restorative yoga

XL LESSON IN COLLABORATION WITH
THE EMOTIONAL GYM

Sometimes life calls for expression,
sometimes for stillness. In this XL lesson
we bring both together.
We start with one of OSHO's active meditations, in which the body becomes the channel for releasing tension and emotions
and release stored energy. After this expressive phase we descend further
in relaxation with restorative yoga.
An evening where strength and softness meet. From movement to relaxation, from discharge to
deep rest.

Date: Wednesday January 21, February 4,
March 4 and April 1
Location: Utrecht
Guided by: Lotte Consten
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Transition time 2

WOMEN IN (PERI)MENOPAUSE

DAY PROGRAM

In this in-depth afternoon, we'll build on the path we embarked on together during the first workshop. We'll refocus on the transitional period, where so much is happening, and where awareness and self-care will play an even greater role.

We will dive deeper into Food as Medicine (intolerances) and working with Tension Release.
We explore how histamine intolerance, gluten, and other foods can affect your energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. Through targeted energetic bodywork, you'll experience how to release daily tension. And through restorative yoga, we'll further enhance your sense of well-being.
to come.

As always, there's room to share what you're experiencing during this time of transition. What's changing, what's becoming visible or tangible, and what you need along the way.

You are welcome to reconnect, deepen and experience what this phase has to tell you.

Transition time 1

WOMEN IN (PERI)MENOPAUSE

Every woman experiences the period around menopause. The period leading up to it, perimenopause, is often one of tangible change; a transition. What does this period mean for you and your outlook on life? How can you, and how can we support each other, through this?

You can choose an afternoon or day where we meet to share the changes you're experiencing—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Lotte will provide you with information, targeted exercises, recipes, and tools based on her own experience and research.

It's not about fixing, but about softening and easing your personal journey.
