Agenda
Here you'll find an overview of our events. From stillness to movement and back again – every experience offers space to feel, explore, and relax.
Can curiosity be your guide?
We work with small groups so I can offer you a safe, intimate atmosphere and tailored attention.

KUNDALINI YOGA
EVERY MONDAY MORNING
Kundalini yoga invites you to connect more deeply with your life energy and the silence from which everything originates. We work through movement, breath, meditation, and mantra.
This dynamic and meditative form of yoga works with fixed sequences of exercises (kriyas) that activate the body, strengthen the nervous system, and allow life energy to flow. The alternation between exertion and relaxation creates space to feel, to find stillness, and to listen to what lives within.
The lessons support you in experiencing more awareness, vitality, and balance. To return from the body to your own rhythm, intuition, and creative flow.
Date: every Monday morning
Location: Bindi Yoga School, Amersfoort
Guided by: Lotte Consten
Time: 09:00 - 10:30 AM

KUNDALINI YOGA
EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING
Hatha Restorative yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and restore. Through gentle postures, conscious breathing, and relaxation, space is created to let go of tension and listen more deeply to your body. A gentle class where you can step out of daily activity and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Hatha Kundalini yoga allows you to connect more deeply with your body and life energy through kriyas, movement, and breath. We work with postures, breathing, and mantra meditation. The alternation between exertion and relaxation helps you to strengthen and open the body, and experience greater awareness and vitality.
Both groups have a maximum of 9 participants, thereby offering space for personal attention and in-depth practice.
Date: every Wednesday morning (from September 2, 2026)
Location: Yogacentrum Amersfoort, Muurhuizen 30
Guided by: Lotte Consten
Restorative yoga: 09:30 - 10:30

XXL Class Kundalini Basics & Introduction
Curious about Kundalini Yoga? Or do you feel it is time to get to know this form of yoga better? During this XXL class, we take plenty of space to explore, experience, and ask questions.
Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of consciousness. It is a dynamic combination of movement, breathing, mantra, meditation, and relaxation that helps you connect more deeply with yourself, your energy, and your intuition.
This evening you lay a foundation so that you can continue to explore your own Kundalini path with confidence and greater understanding.
We explore why we tune in with the Adi Mantra, the meaning of the closing (Sat Nam and Long Time Sun), and how kriyas, breathwork, and meditation together form a profound practice.
During this class, we deepen and practice the Sat Kriya, one of the most fundamental kriyas within Kundalini Yoga.
For everyone who is curious about Kundalini Yoga, is just starting out, or wants to deepen their foundation.
Date: Friday, November 20, 2026

Transition time 1
WOMEN IN (PERI)MENOPAUSE
AFTERNOON PROGRAM
Every woman experiences the period around menopause. The period leading up to it, the perimenopause, is often one of tangible change; a transition. What does this period mean for you and your outlook on life? How can you, and how can we support each other, through this?
You can choose an afternoon or day where we meet to share the changes you're experiencing - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Lotte will provide you with information, targeted exercises, recipes, and tools based on her own experience and research.
It's not about fixing, but about softening and easing your personal journey.
Date: Sunday, February 7th/ 20th 2027
Location: Bindi Yogaschool, Amersfoort
Guided by: Lotte Consten
Time: 2.00 PM – 5:00 PM

Back to your creative source 1
EXPRESSION AND CREATIVITY
AFTERNOON PROGRAM
Within every woman lives a powerful, creative flow.
Sometimes free and vibrant, sometimes smothered by expectations, responsibilities, and old patterns.
In the first part of the diptych, we return to the source: your creative essence. The child, the mother, nature. The ground underneath it all. Back to the place where creativity, intuition, and playfulness arise.
This day is about returning to your creative essence. About coming home to who you truly are.
Through a creative process involving the body and our emotions, your own notebook is created. A personal and unique blueprint, carried by your movement, feelings, and inner flow. Which in part 2, will be used for journaling and writing.
It is the first step in expressing your inner world in a gentle and intuitive way.

Location: Dana Centre, Zeist

Back to your creative source 2
RITUAL, EMBODIMENT, AND SILENCE
AFTERNOON PROGRAM
In this second part, we build on what emerged in part 1.
You'll work with your personal notebook and deepen your connection with your inner world.
You will be guided through a deepening writing technique to clear away what's in the way. With pen and paper, you'll put into words what needs to be seen, felt, and softened. You'll learn how "clean" writing can become a daily source of clarity, self-care, and creativity.
This day is all about ritual and embodiment. A writing ritual you can incorporate into your daily life. Through bodywork, yoga, and voice liberation, what you write is also felt and embodied.
So that space is created again for play, creation, inspiration, and trust.

Transition time 2
WOMEN IN (PERI)MENOPAUSE
AFTERNOON PROGRAM
In this in-depth afternoon, we'll build on the path we embarked on together during the first workshop. We'll refocus on the transitional period, where so much is happening, and where awareness and self-care will play an even greater role.
We'll delve deeper into Food as Medicine (intolerances) and work with Tension Release. We'll explore how histamine intolerance, gluten, and other foods can impact your energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. We'll also explore ways to soothe further through Restorative yoga.
As always, there is room to share what you are experiencing in this time of transition, what is changing, what is becoming visible or tangible, and what you need along the way.
You are welcome to reconnect, deepen and experience what this phase has to tell you.
