Within every woman lives a powerful, creative flow. Sometimes free and vibrant, sometimes smothered by expectations, responsibilities, and old patterns.

During this first day of the diptych, we return to the source: your inner child. To the place where creativity, intuition, and playfulness arise.

This day is about returning to your creative essence. About coming home to who you truly are.

You'll create a personal notebook that will be used later, in part 2, for journaling and "clean" writing. This will lay the foundation for the in-depth work that follows.
 

We work with natural paints and materials. We deliberately omit images and words. Through a creative process involving your body and emotions, you create your own signature style. This creates a unique blueprint, driven by your movement, feelings, and inner flow.
 

It is the first step to express your inner world in a gentle and intuitive way.

You work in your own bubble, at your own pace, and simultaneously in connection with other women. This shared environment brings recognition, acknowledgement, and trust.
