walking inquiry

During a Walking Inquiry, we'll go outdoors together, at your own pace, to connect with nature, your body, and movement. In these sessions, I offer you a space of loving presence, silence, and a sounding board to freely explore your thoughts and feelings. Tailored to your needs.

 

The Walking Inquiry is suitable if you are looking for more inner space, peace, insight and relaxation.
Whether you are tired, stuck, in need of inspiration, or simply want to recharge, I offer you the safety and attention you need to discover what is currently asking for your attention.

transition time 

During the transition period - the years surrounding the (peri)menopause - many changes occur in the body, energy and experience.

In the one-on-one sessions 
we look at your personal situation as a woman in this phase of your life.
We focus on what is changing physically, mentally and emotionally, and how hormonal changes affect this.

 

The guidance is tailored to your needs and aimed at support and awareness.
We work with bodywork, mindfulness, nutrition as medicine, and exercises that help relax the nervous system. Not to fix anything, but to support you in what your body and life are asking of you now.

You can choose a single 1.5-hour session or a personalized program. Sessions are available in person or online.

therapeutic touch

During a session, you'll immerse yourself in an intuitive blend of Thai yoga massage, craniosacral work, and, if desired, gentle, guided breathwork. For me, massage is listening with my hands, my presence, and my heart. I'm here to facilitate recovery, not to "fix" anything. A session supports your body's self-healing capacity and can have a physical, emotional, and energetic impact. With loving touch, I invite you to feel, and you can, layer by layer, return to a state of safety and relaxation.

fluid body touch

During a fluid body session, we combine myofascial (MER) techniques: wave movement, myofascial unwinding, and breathwork. We create space in your body where held tension can be safely released.
By bringing rocking, lengthening, and gentle movement into each joint, we remind the body of feelings of freedom, playfulness, and deep relaxation.

A session lasts a total of 90 minutes, of which approximately 60 minutes is active bodywork. We begin with an intake and a body reading, where we explore together where there is imbalance and tension in the fascia.
