Transition time

Every woman goes through the menopause. The years surrounding this transition, are a period of both noticeable and less visible change. A time when the body gives different signals, emotions shift, and certainties begin to falter. What once worked and flowed, seems out of place.
 

A variety of experiences can arise during this phase: fatigue, restlessness, sensitivity, physical complaints, mood swings, or a deeper longing for simplicity, truth, and space. These experiences are often linked to shifts in the hormonal system, which are not always immediately recognizable.

In the one-on-one sessions around the Transition Period, I invite you to slow down and listen. We'll take the time to explore together what's happening within you physically, mentally, and emotionally, and how hormonal imbalances might play a role.

We do this with respect for your pace and experience, without trying to fix anything. It's an exploratory journey, where softening and insight often arise naturally.

I offer individual sessions of an hour or a personalized program, depending on what supports you at this time. Sessions can take place in person or online, whichever is most convenient and accessible for you.

During these sessions, we'll work with body and energy work, gentle movement, exploration, and stillness. We'll look at food as medicine and explore exercises that help the nervous system relax, release, or bring more balance to the digestive system. For example, how to manage intolerances (gluten, histamine), physical complaints, and discomforts. This will help foster more peace, space, and resilience. You'll be given practical tools to practice daily.
 

The guidance is clear and accessible, supported by tranquility and lightness. An invitation and practical approach to come home to yourself again. To meet the many women you are and from there, experience more strength, joy, and freedom.
 

Steps:

Before the first session, we'll have a phone intake to get acquainted and evaluate your situation. This will give me a clear understanding of your current situation and background, and we'll discuss any challenges and concerns. We'll then explore the best way to continue working on what's important to you, such as increased relaxation, feeling your body, relieving symptoms, and increasing your enjoyment of life. After the intake, we'll discuss the next steps.
