Every woman experiences the period around menopause. The period leading up to it, perimenopause, is often one of tangible transition and change. A variety of vague and/or significant discomforts can arise during this time, which can be difficult to interpret, relate to, and manage in relationships with others. On this day, we want to reflect on what exactly is happening in your body and how it impacts your life, in different ways for everyone.

 

We'll discuss the changes we're experiencing (physical, mental, and emotional) and offer exercises, recipes, tools, and insights. We'll do this based on our own process, questions, and experiences, always with respect, care, and a sense of humor.

It's not about fixing, but about softening and easing, and that's a personal journey.

 

We work with methods such as inquiry, movement exercises (yoga and somatic movement), meditation, and a centering exercise. We also offer tools to relax the nervous system.

 

The program is accessible and structured with a sense of calm and lightness. You can take away from this afternoon whatever resonates with you and discover what works for you in your own way in the time afterward.
