A place where thoughts are allowed to land, where feelings are given space, where dreams, memories, questions, and insights can unfold. Where words, drawings, loose fragments, and everything that wants to reveal itself along the way, find a physical expression.
 

Soul Journals are for moments like these.

A soul journal is a personal, handmade journal that emerges from an attunement to you. During the creation process, I open myself to you and receive images, sounds, words, vibrations, and symbolism. I intuitively translate whatever presents itself into the journal. In this way, a tangible reflection of your energy is created, as it has revealed itself through me.

 

The materials I use are chosen with care. The paper, the thread, the binding method, and the closure each carry their own meaning or story and are aligned with the intention with which the journal is created.

For the covers, I work with handmade paper that I collect during my travels. Many of these papers have found their way to me through encounters, artisans, and places that hold a story of their own. I work with paper from Nepal, Thai rice paper, and Mulberry corn paper, among others. Many of these papers have been handcrafted for generations using traditional techniques. They bear the traces of the landscape where they originated, of the plants and trees from which they are made, and the hands that shaped them. As a result, every sheet has its own character.

As a final step, I apply a thin layer of natural beeswax to the cover. This protects the paper, deepens the colors, and brings the texture of the fibers even more to life. 

Personal message
Along with the journal, you receive a personal description (via a letter or spoken word). In this, I share the insights, images, words, or themes that emerged during the alignment, as well as the meaning of the chosen materials; their origin, the creation process, and the reason why these specific elements were chosen for you.

From there, the journal is free to find its own way. Perhaps it will become a place for daily reflections, dreams, memories, desires, or letters to yourself. Perhaps it will only appear at the moments when you need silence, clarity, or connection with yourself.

We meet online for a conversation. There is space to share what is on your mind, while I tune into what wants to reveal itself.
 

From our meeting, I attune to you and create your journal.
