A place where thoughts are allowed to land, where feelings are given space, where dreams, memories, questions, and insights can unfold. Where words, drawings, loose fragments, silences, and everything that wants to reveal itself along the way find a physical expression.
 

Soul Journals are for moments like these.

A personal, handmade note book that emerges from attunement with you. During the creation process, I open myself and receive images, sounds, words, vibrations, and symbolism. From there a form is created with a message. The journal is a tangible reflection of your energy and how it flows through me.
 

The materials I use are chosen with care. The thread, the binding method, and the clasp each carry their own meaning and are aligned with the intention behind the creation of the journal.
 

For the covers, I work with handmade paper that I collect during my travels. Many of these papers have found their way to me through encounters, artisans, and places that carry a story of their own. They are crafted by hand from natural fibers of trees, plants, and flowers.

Personal message

Along with your Soul Journal, you will receive a personal message (via a letter or spoken word).
In this, I share the insights, images, words, or themes that emerged during the alignment, as well as the meaning of the chosen materials; their origin, the making process, and the reason why these specific elements were chosen for you. Where appropriate, I also share the symbolism and qualities of the plants and natural materials incorporated into the journal.
 

From there, the journal is free to find its own way. Perhaps it becomes a place for daily reflections, dreams, memories, desires, or letters to yourself. Perhaps it appears only at the moments when you need silence, clarity, or connection with yourself.
 

How do we get started:
We meet online for a conversation. There is space to share what is on your mind, while I tune into what wants to reveal itself.

From our meeting, I attune to you and create your Soul Journal.
